SageOx provides tools to help teams work with AI coding agents. We offer open-source components and a hosted service, both currently provided free of charge.

Your Responsibilities

- Not use SageOx for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Your Content
You retain ownership of any code, content, recordings, or other materials you provide to SageOx ("Your Content").
By using SageOx, you grant us a license to use Your Content to provide and improve our services, including training AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the right to share it with us.
Team Access
If you use SageOx as part of a team, other team members may have access to shared content you have authored, including meeting recordings and transcripts.
Intellectual Property
SageOx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SageOx, Inc. Our open-source components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.
Disclaimer
SageOx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageOx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SageOx after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
